Licensing

MainPlan is sold on a per site/per user basis.  A copy is required for each site and a licence is required for each user.  WAN licensing is available on request.

Can we help with the installation?

To make using MainPlan at floor level as simple as possible the initial installation needs to be as thorough as possible. Rather than install MainPlan yourself, we suggest that you arrange for our experienced technician to install MainPlan on your site. We have a very large number of standard Work and Safety Procedures that will dramatically reduce implementation time and improve overall consistency.

Technical support and upgrades

Annual Technical Support & Upgrade Fee: $768.90 for MainPlan Gold+, $218.90 for MainPlan Standard (invoiced December; covers 1st February to 31st January). New systems are normally invoiced for 12 months support, systems sold after 1st October are provided with free support to 1st February.

Users who elect not to receive support may purchase upgrades or rejoin the program by paying $1,538.90 for MainPlan Gold+, $438.90 for MainPlan Standard.
