MainPlan Reports are formatted for A4 size paper. The FAQ pages describes how the paper format can be edited on individual reports, but we have a full set of standard reports formatted for Letter (8.5" x11") paper.

HardCopy make the Print Screen button on your keyboard do just that and adds a printer icon to the top of each MainPlan screen allowing the screen to be printed.
